International Spring School: Socially Engaged Research in Life Sciences

There is a growing interest in collaborative and interdisciplinary research for addressing many global challenges that societies are facing nowadays. Early Career Researchers can and should play a key role in addressing these challenges and breaking the traditional barriers of academic research by better aligning their research with societal needs and wants. This  International Spring School gives an overview of the potential and challenges of socially engaged research and you can explore individual approaches in greater depth as well as learn about interesting methodes for enhancing socially engage research in workshops and sessions.
